Jonatan and his crew did an exceptional job at my place replacing the roof at my place. I was given a very detailed and competitive estimate for all the work that was going to be done. They even agreed to replace some sidings which were rotten out due to an incorrect install of the previous roof. The day before the job, Jonatan reached out to me and reconfirmed my availability and requirements for the job. On the day they arrived on time and completed the entire roof replacement in a matter of hours. This included replacing some of the rotted plywood base, fascia and siding followed by cleaning the gutters and the surrounding areas of all debris and nails. He even returned after a week to check if I had any concerns. All in, I loved the professionalism and work quality shown by Jonatan and his crew and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get their roof replaced.

The team showed up on time and worked all day to install my new roof in one day even with all new plywood installed, and the gutters and drain spouts went up the next afternoon. The roof looks great. I wrote this review to share my own experience for other people looking for roofers. Jhonathan was responsive and communicative to my questions any time and also quite responsible. The price of roofing was competitive and transparent. The quality of the work is overall good so far (will come back to revise comments if necessary). Jhonathan was around on the roof to monitor the most important part of the roofing. The workers were hard working. The only problem I had was with the roofing workers, most of whom don't speak English and it was hard to communicate with them what I wanted them to do (when Jhonathan was not around). The few that do speak English said they take orders only from Jhonathan, even though what I asked them to do was agreed and written down on the contract. So, I had to get things done only through Jhonathan. Also, the after-work cleaning was not perfect. I still found quite some sharps, shingle scraps, and plastics in my yard and front lawn every now and then, and also some plastics in my attic. I wish they could have ended the work better.

Definitely recommended for friction and nonsense free experience. I had roof leaks at three different points. When Jonathan came on-site, he immediately got up to the roof and found two of the leak points in 5 minutes, got down with photos (no other roof company did that). He said that he could proceed with either repair or replacement, instead of trying to sell only one option. I decided to proceed with a complete replacement, but I was concerned about free air flow in the roof based on some clogged rafter corridors and weak points like valleys, skylights and chimneys to prevent further leaks. Jonathan took a lot of time explaining the solutions for them, accompanied by detailed videos of his crew installing one of the flashings near the existing skylight. He was responsive pretty much any reasonable hour immediately, started the job within a few days, exactly at the time/date he promised, and finished exactly at the time/date he promised, all while giving the best quote among other options with zero marketing, selling/steering towards favored solutions and pricing back & forth. When he found that rafter corridors had sufficiently free air flow, he withdrew his recommendation of installing Smart Vents, which I had agreed initially. I worked with very few businesses in any sector with this level of freedom from friction.

Paul was great to work with right from day 1. I was given a very competitive quote with details on what would be done. Paul was very responsive throughout the process and answer each of my questions clearly. They contacted me to confirm availability for a dry day in between other wet days and were, very efficiently, in and out the same day putting together a beautiful looking new roof. I would definitely recommend them to others and work with them again in the future.

Had a total roof replacement today! It went really well, It was a total Roof replacement including all new Plywood sheeting. Ice and frost guards, Valley metal and all new flashing. Really nice ridge vent system, 50 Year warranty with 25 years in workmanship. The cost was very reasonable for my 16 square roof, I had multiple quotes and even with the better warranties and the Ridge vent system it was the best price. I can highly recommend US Roofcare out of Redmond, they did good work. On time, good cleanup and fast. Start to finish was 10.5 hours for all that work, I was very impressed! Only minor issue was a gutter got bent and they sent a Gutter contractor to replace it.

Had a leaky shed roof. Paul came quickly to check it out and gave out a very competitive quote. They send out Jonathan and 2 professional roofer to finish the job in just half a day. I then asked them to take a look at a smaller shed and they offered to do the smaller one on that day as well for a good price. Really impressed with the results, definitely recommend.

US Roof was great. Initially they were very responsive and came out on a Saturday to address a leak. Jonathan found the issue immediately, stopped the leak, put a plan in place for the full fix and showed up within the next 2-3 days to complete the project. We had a great experience with US Roof Care and appreciated how efficient they were. We were able to get a 50 year warrantied GAF roof and very pleased with the results. They were very punctual and helpful with the final walk through. The communication was a bit challenging at points between groups, but ultimately was able to coordinate across our schedules.

We are in the process of selling our house but the inspection showed that our roof had 4 layers of shingles and cedar shake. We had 6 different companies come and give us quotes and this company by far gave us the best quote. They actually quoted us $10,000 less then a few other companies and we were even turned down by one. US Roof Care was able to come out and get it done in 4 days! These guys work hard! Some days they were here around 12 hours. They just finished up today and the new roof looks beautiful! They also cleaned up all the mess and our yard somehow looks better now then before they came. Do not hesitate to hire these guys, they do amazing work for a great price and are super nice and easy to deal with. We do not regret the decision to go with them!
